We may process your items earlier than expected, as this allows a sufficient time frame to complete without disappointment. Processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days pending high volume orders. We will advise you of any significant delays that may impact the shipment of your order.

For urgent orders, please feel free to contact us.

We will do our best to fulfil your needs. Additional fee may occur.

Orders will be shipped via courier service Sendle or Australia Post.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Additional charges may apply to your order if shipping to a remote location.

If so, we will be in contact via email with the option to pay the difference or to request a full refund.
 

We will not take any responsibility if the incorrect address has been entered while ordering.

If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to keep you updated on the journey of your order.

All parcels will be sent with Authority to Leave, therefore no signature is required unless you have paid for this upgraded delivery service.

 

Order delivery may be extended during peak periods and Australia Post delays.

We ensure to do our best for your order to arrive on time. However, courier delays are out of our control. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.​

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.

If you are not satisfied with any of the items in your order, we are here to assist you.

As our products require personalisation and are customised to suit, we have the right to refuse a full refund for the product(s) that you have purchased. Please contact us within 24 hours of your items being delivered if there are any issues to your order. We will offer a replacement for any items that are incorrectly personalised on our behalf.
 

STUDIO BERNS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you have received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your items being delivered and we will investigate. You can also contact the courier service Sendle or Australia Post to file a claim.
